🚀 [START HERE] 3...2...1...and GO!

We are officially launched DIY'ers! For those that are brand new to the DIY Real Estate brand...we welcome you and are excited to provide support, along with resources to close your next deal 📈 For those that have been rockin' with us over the last few years, we appreciate your continual partnership and supporting the growth of this awesome group of hustlers 💪 I wanted to send a quick welcome message below, along with the agenda for the rest of this week. We will have 1 live training, along with 2 new modules and new resources added to the classroom section each week. Tomorrow (Wednesday June 19th, 2024) we will be launching the "Introduction to Lead Generation" module, with the "Introduction to Real Estate Systems & Software" module releasing this Friday (June 21st, 2024). Our live training will be this Thursday for BOTH Inner Circle and Community Members. The topic of this training will be "So you closed your first deal, now what?". In this training we will dive deep into the various tools, or people you can hire in order to reinvest profits and scale your business. I will be posting some of my active deals in the "Active Deals" channel as well for those who are interested in either joint venturing, or purchasing yourself! 🏚️ Let's get it 🔥

Looking for a private investor and partner in a cash flowing tavern and 4 unit in Marion Indiana. The business grosses around 1.2 million and nets around 280k we need 200k down. We are willing to give majority of the equity for the investment. The main capital source is from pull tabs. Over 1.1 million from the gaming/gambling sector.

📓💭 MY DAILY FEEDBACK LOOP

(See pictures for reference) This hammock has been my new favorite spot to do my daily feedback loop! In case you aren't doing this already, a feedback loop has been a foundational piece to keeping me consistent as an entrepreneur, as well as being intentional with my daily activities. My 6 feedback loop questions below: ✅ How much money did I make in my business(s) today? (reflect on yesterday's earnings) ✅ How much exercise did I get today? ✅ How much "me" time did I get today? (i.e. reading, hobbies, watch sports, go to movies, golf, etc) ✅ How much time did I spend with my family (wife and pets) ✅ 1 thing I did really well today (be your best friend) ✅ 1 commitment to work on for the day ahead/tomorrow Consistency and growth is not linear, stay the course 🫡 (Shoutout to Jim Kwik for the consistency graphic)
