Still hit my protein for the day and stayed within the calorie range despite having 5 shots today. This is the magic of tracking calories and protein. You can still live your life while maintaining or even losing weight. I’m not deprived at all.

If I see something I want, I have it. I just make sure it’s within the calorie budget and I’m still getting a decent amount of protein in. No scale to see what the weight is at but suffice to say the abs are still there after 5 days of eating out every day. Obviously I don’t have a pocket scale with me so I eyeball the amounts as closely as I can, it’s better than no tracking at all. Still gives a decent idea of the rough ball park of your calorie count. I usually stick to my meal Plan so it’s been a struggle myself to get into the habit of tracking on the go especially with the chaos of travelling all the time. But I’m planning on being more consistent with it moving forward.

Bear with me as I’ve been travelling to Japan and haven’t had access to wifi to post. These calories are an eyeball estimate as I didn’t have access to a calorie tracker but it still gives me a decent overview of how many calories I had roughly. Still within the calorie range and a decent amount of protein as well considering.
