If I see something I want, I have it. I just make sure it’s within the calorie budget and I’m still getting a decent amount of protein in. No scale to see what the weight is at but suffice to say the abs are still there after 5 days of eating out every day. Obviously I don’t have a pocket scale with me so I eyeball the amounts as closely as I can, it’s better than no tracking at all. Still gives a decent idea of the rough ball park of your calorie count. I usually stick to my meal Plan so it’s been a struggle myself to get into the habit of tracking on the go especially with the chaos of travelling all the time. But I’m planning on being more consistent with it moving forward.
