🟡 The Power of Childhood Messages and Their Impact on Adulthood | The Problem Was Me with Tom Gagliano
Although not an "Easier Ways" episode, this is a great podcast episode by about breaking the cycle of negative thinking that leads to addiction, infidelity, & self-sabotage.
This podcast will discuss the ways childhood messages impact every aspect of our lives, to the intimacy we have or don’t have, our parenting skills, the careers we choose, even the roles we are set up to play in adulthood.
Verbal and non verbal messages create the people pleaser role, the caretaker role, the invisible role, the defiant role, the perfectionist role, as well as the addictive role.
Are you happy in the role you were set up to play?
If the answer is no, or if you’re not sure, let's analyze which messages have helped you and identify which messages need attention.
In this podcast, Thomas will also discuss who he was, and what happened to change who he is today, as well as the ways he has helped others avoid self-sabotage.
