The EBF Innovation Lab is a 12-month program designed for event business owners to grow, streamline, and scale their businesses. Led by industry expert Eric Rozenberg, the first 6 months include weekly live sessions covering three key pillars: Foundations, Customers, and Growth. Each pillar features learning and integration sessions to ensure practical application. After the education phase, participants enter a 3-month execution phase with biweekly office hours and unlimited communication through Voxer for support.
In the second 6 months, you'll have monthly office hours, continuous support, and an invitation to a 3-day retreat. After the 12-month program, you can opt for a lifetime membership, which includes ongoing community access and support.
