Happy Sunday ✨
Good morning Ladies, Back in my younger days I used to use Sundays to sleep in and be lazy (not shaming anyone who does do this) But I've found that instead of using my Sunday to grind or be lazy I started using it to my advantage - To reset and get ready for the week ahead of me. Three things I do: - Time to Reflect: Reflect on the past week’s wins and areas for improvement. Questions I ask myself: Did i reach these weeks goals? What can I improve on? How can I do x task more efficiently? Where did I spend my time / where are my priorities? - Meal Prep: Prepare meals or snacks for the week to stay healthy and save time and money On average at lunch i was spending $17 DAILY on chipotle (😭 don't judge me.) When I started to use my Sunday to prep my meals I was spending only $30 a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Now i can use the extra $89 to invest into my business 💰 - Plan Time for Learning: Schedule time for a course or reading to improve skills. Just like meal prepping, I also prep the classes, courses or books that i am going to be studying throughout the week to make sure I have due dates for these Investments. I found that if i dont add due dates to my courses I will procrastinate and wont progress How do you Reset for your Sundays?

The Magic of Thinking Big 💎
Good evening ladies 🤍 If you’ve ever had self doubt about yourself and believed with all your heart and soul that something couldn’t be done then this small 2 step exercise from the book ‘The Magic of Thinking Big’ might be able to help: It’s called ‘believe it can be done’ To help us develop creative power through belief we must: 1: Eliminate the word ‘impossible’ from our thoughts and speaking vocabulary. We’ve all heard the cliché “whatever you think over and over again will manifest into reality.” If we continue to believe and think it’s impossible to reach for that goal, dream or purpose then you’re helping your mind to think of ways to NOT help you achieve your task. 2: Is there something special you’ve been wanting to do (ex: project, goal, business endeavor etc…) but you felt you couldn’t? If you have time tonight make a list of reasons on why you CAN do it. From personal experience I had inventory of a product that I invested that needed to be sold by a certain date and I was coming up 2 days shy from the due date and ZERO sales 😭 I wanted to cry and I realized that I kept playing a story in my head that no one wanted to buy (so that’s the action I was taking- fear was paralyzing me.) I remember that night I started to work against my own limiting beliefs and wrote a list of about 10 reasons why people would LOVE to purchase my product. The next day I only had about 5 hours in the evening to generate some sales and with my little list and a whole lot of FAITH I went out and took massive action - I talked to hundreds of people and had HUNDREDS of people reject me. But the outcome? I was able to pay back my initial $300 investment plus I made a little over $500 profit that night 🤯 I couldn’t believe it, but no, wait… YES I COULD!!! This list is powerful! Your thoughts are powerful! Mindset is EVERYTHING 💎 This small exercise worked for me and I am hoping if you’ve read this far down that it helps you too 💖🥹 I am proud of you ladies and I wish nothing but success for each and every one of you. Co Working sessions
Good evening ladies 🤍 I wanted to announce that I will be doing coworking sessions on zoom for everyone in this group. You are absolutely not required to join lol I would do these sessions with my co workers and we would join the zoom talk for a few minutes and work on our projects or prospecting sessions we had. I still jump on zooms by myself because it does something to my brain to go into deep work mode If you could join that’s cool if not then that’s cool too no biggie - I just found that if it helps me it might help someone on the group too 💓 Details: - zoom will be a short 30 minutes - I will be working on online outbound prospecting /setting up appointments - We will start on Thursday at 9am - You can find the zoom link on the calendar tab at the top of this community looking forward to our productivity date 🤍
