Be Here, Now
If you’re creating, create. If you’re consuming, just consume. Whatever it is, be here, Now. There’s no point trying to consume and wishing you were creating, the same way there’s no point trying to create and wishing you were consuming. Everything has its place and deserves to be given your full attention, so you really get the experience you came for. Only then, do you begin to understand what works for you & when. It’s just about getting to know your preferences, then following your preferences, moment to moment. And no, that doesn’t mean you can just go and get pissed all the time because that’s “your preference”, because deep down you know it’s not. You can’t kid yourself. We live the lives we choose and those lives are built up of the moments we choose to create. It’s about living and breathing every single moment you’re in. That’s how you really embody the meaning life has to offer. Be Here, Now.

The recharge
Don’t underestimate the value of the recharge. Everything comes down to spending and recharging energy/earning tokens, so you can spend them again. Get it right for YOU and you’ll be able to just keep going, putting more energy into what you love… just like that. If you get better at recharging, you get better at getting better; your growth trajectory becomes exponential. Use it to return to and embody once again, your authentic self. That’s all “recharging” really is - wiping the slate clean, clearing subconscious backlogs & pent up energy with conscious focus, so you can embody your own energy again.

Be with it all
One of the biggest misconceptions about meditation, is that we have to try to attain this state of no-mind/no-thought. But it’s actually less about silencing the mind and more about connecting with awareness. All that is, is a slight but necessary shift in focus. You’re not trying to take anything away from your experience, even labelling the thoughts a “distraction” kind of defeats the purpose. You’re simply connecting with awareness. The thoughts just are, and any “unwanted” power they have over you will naturally fade by itself when you start accepting and release resistance to the fact you’re even thinking in the first place. Let them rise and fall freely, give them space, don’t try and silence them, don’t try and control the mind. Be WITH the thoughts, surrender, accept. It’s like, imagine laying in the ocean and just letting it go wash over you… there’s nothing to do, nothing to change, just be, be with it all.

Unconscious behaviour
Forgive yourself for the way you felt, thought & acted when you weren't conscious of it. Doing so heals the wounds that these old versions of you have left you with in the present. You literally didn't know any better, because you weren't aware. It's simply the nature of it.

It’s not always about no-mind
The mind is NOT the enemy, it’s an adaptable tool. When we become aware of unnecessary overthinking (controlling/planning/analysing), we free up so much space & energy. It then gets easier & more rewarding to follow useful trains of thought, as we’ll actually have the capacity.
