Galatians 5:24
Those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
This reminds me of Matthew 16:24-26 where Jesus tells us to deny ourselves, pick up our cross and follow Him. Jesus loves those who humble themselves and seek Him because the only way to the Father is through Him.
