There is a big power outage at my house today as we are getting a fiber optic cable installed at the house.
I won’t be able hose the focus flow session today, hi were I encourage you to get in a 90 minute focused mono block today — I will be!
Today I am going to:
- record breathwork sessions for a breathwork app that hired me and that I will be working for in the coming months.
