For Motivation and Procrastination ...
Hi ladies! Happy Monday! I just watched a live video with Alex Hormozi while on a live call with him in a group I’m part of. He shared some very inspiring insights that I think are relevant for anyone working toward a goal. He talked about rushing and how it stops you from achieving what you want. If you have one eye on the future and one eye on the present, you won’t work as hard now—and working in the present is the most important thing you can do. Consistent action toward your goal is the biggest factor in your success. You have to be determined, persistent, and even a bit stubborn. Refusing to stop taking action is the surest way to succeed at anything you’re working toward. But your chances of success drop significantly if you constantly get distracted or try to start too many things. This advice ties in with advice I’ve heard from other highly successful entrepreneurs and applies to our daily lives. The overarching theme is that working steadily toward one goal and cutting out distractions will bring the progress you’re looking for. There are countless ways to succeed, and they’re all valid. But you need to pick one. If you’re learning something new, choose one teacher. If there are multiple ways to reach your goal, choose one path. It’s not about finding the “best” one. You'll get distracted and stuck if you spend too much time analysing the perfect option. Taking action now is the most important step toward success. The key is to take action and keep taking it. Your actions don’t have to be perfect—they just have to be consistent. Please give us your best tip for success in the comments. 🚀 Or drop your best motivation gif!!!

To kick things off, comment below and then make a separate post introducing yourself. (You can intro on this thread, but your post will stand out more if its a stand-alone post) Let us know: 1. Your name 2. What would you most like to get out of this community? 3. What will you add to the community? Think skills, compassion, support, vulnerability, know how...

As you dive into the courses, connect with others, and share experiences, you’ll find new ways of thinking and living that open up amazing possibilities. I want you to see this space as more than just a community; it's a place where powerful growth can happen—together. Here, you’ll find the tools, support, and wisdom to rewrite your story, connect with like-minded women, and make incredible changes in your life. To truly change our lives, we need to change our habits and mindset. This means challenging old beliefs and trying new ways of seeing ourselves and the world. Each time you show up here, you’re taking a step to build your confidence, strength, and purpose. So, how do we make this shift? Start by exploring the courses I’ve carefully designed for you here. (Meditations unlock when you get to level two, which is SUPER easy) Dive in, engage fully, and be willing to try on new perspectives. As you do this, lean on the collective wisdom in this group. Comment, share, and connect with others—you’ll be amazed at how much growth can happen through genuine support and shared experience. Remember, this isn’t a solo journey—you have all of us with you. Engage, share, support, and learn from each other.

Tonights Q and A
Hey my beauts! Can I get an RSVP to the Q and A? In the spirit of transparency and life being life - something has come up that I would really like to attend to tonight but that would mean I couldnt make the Q and A at 19.30. I could potentially make it for 20.15, but if no one has any pressing questions or if everyone is busy tonight, I won't push it. If anyone wants any help with anything comment here that you do and lets see how I can help.

Tonights Q and A
Alex Hormozi kicking buts all over the place!!!
OOOF!!! I'm on a call with Alex Hormozi right now, and he just said this: If you need accountability, you may as well give up because you are going to fail! He gave this analogy: To start smoking or any other addictive vice, you don't need an accountability buddy - you put that cigarette or doughnut (or whatever vice) in your mouth over and over with no help at all. No one needed to hold your hand. You got good at it. Then you need an accountability coach to quit to get fit or work on your business with an absolute focus... What happens after you stop having your coach or accountability buddy? What do you think? Do you agree or does that make you feel any kind of way????
