Your kids are watching
They are paying attention to what you do. Do you exercise? Do you talk to your kids about it? Do you show them?
Today my son asked to go to the gym to exercise “to be healthy.”
He wanted to learn about all the equipment and how to use it. He wanted to “sweat” because he associates that with exercise. His favorite was the treadmill! He asked me to start waking him up in the morning to exercise with me.
Do you exercise with your kids?
I also had him clean ;-)
