Bak in 2018, I was introduced to this technique and it is the ONLY thing that has stopped panic attacks for me. The experience was so profound that I flew to Iceland in 2019 and met Wim at a conference he hosted at the opera house in Reykjavik, where about 500 of us listened to Wim , practiced the breath work with him and then took the ice baths together.
I still practice the method on almost a daily routine, I still cry during the process (& experience a multitool of sensations in the nervous system) as this powerful routine delves deep into the parasympathetic nervous system and releases traumas that you may not even know existed.
