Men Don’t MATCH Energy, They LEAD
Your nervous system has to be stronger than her emotions When a man is not truly grounded in his masculinity, he will match her energy when she becomes emotional, insensitive, insecure, which actually puts him into the feminine as well (this does not mean tolerating disrespect) so instead of having a safe space where she can feel open & feel safe she begins to with-drawl & close. If you want to stay in your masculine frame & want a woman to open up to you, you CAN NOT match her energy, you have to learn how to hold containment—being able to hold a space of depth REGARLDESS— unshaken to your core. and that includes by your woman. That’s a Common issue men have a difficult time dealing with women emotions..because theyve never actually dealt with their own. We’re taught to numb repress & avoid our own emotion so we get in a relationship with a woman who is in touch with her own emotions he either freaks out on her or shuts down ...neither of these things create and environment for her to feel safe & want her to trust his masculinity—as also women have “their own work” to do to let down their shield towards masculinity & get out of survival mode… But when you’re in a relationship with a woman— It’s important to hold that strong space, to stay calm & centered when she’s expressing her emotions, because when she feels safe in your presence. she'll eventually move thru those emotions—but if you get shaken by her she’ll never be able to trust you
