Be still and listen. Do you have a hard time being “still” and shutting down your mind? I do. For me I’ve found putting my phone down, going for a walk or just being away from my phone has been most helpful. Tell me what you do.

MORNING PRODUCTIVITY WIN!
I got up with intention and morning goals in mind. *Arrangements for Football School dinner made *Shopping for Football dinner done *Ate protein for breakfast *Drinking water All done before arriving at work. May not seem like a lot, but I've determined, this will be my new normal.

New week. 93 days left in the year.
I hope you are hopeful in your journey, however that looks for you. Some people that's eating out less, drinking more water, walking more steps. The journey is different for everyone. I hope whatever goals you have set or plan to set up that you know you can accomplish them. A. Write down your goals, action steps and look at them every day, that will help keep you focused on the goal!
