Intro
Hi. Glad to be here. Have been strength training and trying to lose weight for 4 months now after quitting smoking. Used to smoke pipe for 43 years. All of the above together at the age of 64 was quite a challenge! Feel relatively satisfied, yet think I have my nutrition all wrong. Losing weight and building muscle at the same time appears to be almost impossible. Lost my tummy, (8 cm around waist), six pack just beginning to show. Arms, shoulders and chest definitely improved. Thought I would see more visible results. Am I impatient?

Hello! I am here for help losing weight! I love to work out and lift weights but I can not lose the fat belly!! I weigh 185 and I would love to get into the 160’s! Eating is my issue! I can put in the work but my diet kills my progress!

Hey guys I’m James 29 just beat cancer for the second time & officially just got the green light from my doc to start working out again so just made my own positivity workout and mindset positivity community to follow my journey back to 180 <10%bf which I was sitting pretty before starting the fight in 2014 stoked and ready to get this body backkkk thanks for being here and can’t wait to absorb as much as possible!!
