Howdy everyone, I’ve been following Jonah on IG for a while now, and finally jumping back on the workout bandwagon. I’m 60 years young, have T2 diabetes; had carotid artery surgery 10 yrs ago; I have Hyperglyceridemia (without meds chol=700s and trig=5000s). I’m on a whole foods low carb diet, but I struggle w doing work outs. I make time for working for 3 companies, managing a dance foundation, and co-directing a country/line dance performance dance team, but too easily cut working out when it’s the one thing that should be highest priority since it could literally save my life. Jonah’s positive outlook and energy had inspired me to try the 45 day challenge to help me build working out into my daily routine.
I’m on day 2 so already I’m 2 days ahead where I have been.
