Hey, I'm Jonathan! I love fitness and working out and I want to help people achieve their goals by giving training tutorials, nutrition, bulking tips, answering any questions relating to working out, and sharing advice about how to mix lifestyle with fitness in a positive way.
Having been very skinny all my life, I know firsthand the struggles and challenges of gaining muscle and getting in shape while balancing school, work, and a personal life. Almost 3 years of training later, I've gained over 50 pounds of muscle and my life has completely changed for the better.
This is a place where people who are serious about reaching their fitness goals can share advice, goals, struggles, wins, and anything in between without feeling alone and meet like-minded people along the way!
