One of The biggest downfall in the food industry is the lack of entrepreneurship education. Unfortunately 90% of food business fail within 10 years! I am on year 18 of our food business and we are expanding, growing and profiting now more than ever after figuring out how to actually run a food BUSINESS! Yes we own a business, not a food pantry, and by God's grace we are able to Succeed and use those profits to give back to our community or those with need.
I was an entrepreneur before I was a leader, then I became a leader before I became a chef, and quite frankly, their are way better chefs than I am, but they lack business education. That's where this group comes in, teaching the A-Z of business to make a chef successful, making profits so they can focus on the food they are passionate in serving!!!
