Q: Will the system recognize the same contact and not duplicate them into the database? A: No it will put in the same contact multiple times. This CRM is campaign driven, not lead driven.

Q: any way to have them (emails) sent from our own domain? A: it can't be sent from your own domain since we have no control over your personal email account. We use a systemwide server so we have control over all emails being sent out and coming in whether we have 1 client or 1,000,000.
