This is the simplest I can break it down for weight loss.
⭐️ Eat 3/4-1g of protein for your goal weight.
⭐️ Eat 60% of goal weight in carbs on off days and 80-100% on training days.
⭐️ Eat little fats and from natural clean sources ONLY!
