Food is Fuel, but that doesn’t mean it should taste like it. You’ll be surprised to find that when you start cooking and eating with no processed food that the flavors are amazing!! Here’s my go to lunch!! 🔴 3 Oladito organic tortilla 🔴 125g Alexia waffle cut sweet potato fries 🔴 1 1/2 cup shredded lettuce 🔴 8.5 oz cooked chicken breast 🔴 3 tblspn Siete Creamy Jalepeno sauce i like to air fry the fries. Take all of your ingredients and spread them equally over each tortilla and top with sauce. The meal is about 850 cals and packs a ton of macros!! 70g protein 65g carbs and 15 g fats. Adjust the portions as you need for your size and goals.

Understanding Anxiety These are anxious times we're living in right now. I talk a lot about how physical exertion impacts our heart rate variability (HRV) and recovery but it is important to note that emotional and psychological stress can also play a significant role in mediating HRV. One thing we can all do to make the most of anxiety and stress is to try to identify the source of the anxiety and turn it into positive energy. The problem is "the battle" isn't always obvious. Anxiety can be subtle, appear out of nowhere and accumulate in ways that are difficult to perceive. The more connected we are to the nuanced perturbations of our body the better positioned we will be to interpret and leverage these moments to our advantage. Master your anxiety!!
