Licensing Fee
Someone has just contacted me about a flat they have just bought to let in Arthurs Hill. They have had to get a Selective Licence and pay in full.
This will only last until March next year and then it looks like they will have to pay for the new licence which I understand will be £1000
Has anyone any experience on this; to pay for the full fee for one year seems excessive.
New fees shown in the table below, together with a calculation of the Council's expected costs;
