Clarification!
Hey All, I hope you all are doing great. I have watched many videos of Mr.James Baker where he is saying if you don't have any operations in US and employees, you aren't liable to pay the tax to the US government. I have 2 businesses as a non resident I want to confirm If I am liable to pay taxes?
1) I have a single member LLC and providing Amazon Brand Management Services, no employess, no operations in US. I receive payments through stripe, wise and payoneer. Do I have to pay in the case even If my revenue is $200k+ ?
2) I have another single member LLC. I sell on Amazon and i receive orders from almost every state and I also have a sales tax permit. I also work with a 3PL in Texas for my logistics. Let's say I make $700k per year, do i have to pay the tax in this case"?
Looking forward to your answers. Thanks in advance.
