Opening a Multi member LLC
After opening a multi member LLC with a company like Bizee, what documents or stuff do I need to fill out myself? secondly, if I open a multi member LLC and use an address from a website like anytime mailbox and I am from a prohibited country, does that affect my bank account application? Lastly, how does the IRS, banks and businesses know that I am not a us tax payer if I am foreign business when having a W9
