Proof of address

I need an advice.

Since Mercury closed my account around 3 months ago, I've been struggling to look for a fintech company (online bank) that I can sign up with.

So here's a little context, my brother just got back to our country from his 1 year internship in the US and he do have an SSN and opened a personal bank account with Chase there. Is it okay to just open a different LLC with his name and have his bank statement as a proof of residential address?
