SMLLC - Witholding tax without tax treaty
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if Amazon needs to collect witholding tax from my royality payments if it is a SMLLC and I live in a country which does not have tax treaty with the US? And if yes, would electing the SMLLC to be taxed as a C corp solve this issue? Thanks you in advance!
