Something is not clear about FinCEN
Hi guys, I hope you are doing well!
I watched many of James' videos which are great and very useful. However I got a little bit confused as James mentioned in some of videos to register the company on FinCEN. If I send the BOIR, do I need to additionally register on FinCEN, or just filling out and sending the BOIR would be enough? Thank you in advance!
