What routine do you like to do before you start your busy day?
I love starting my morning with a bit of Tree Pose (Vrksasana). It helps me feel balanced, focused and ready for the day ahead. I'll often listen to a meditation as well.
Then, it's breakfast, plan the day in my journal, quick check of my Skool group for anything that I need to respond to and make my daily group posts.
