Who are you leading and where are you leading them?
I've been having a lot of conversations recently with colleagues about the growing importance of inner leadership... It all begins with our own "inner authority". It's also no coincidence that the word "authority" contains the word "author". Since this group is the Skool Group "Leaders" Network, I hope that we can spark some conversation with other leaders who also think about their inner authority, their leadership style, who they are leading, and where they are leading people to. So, let's chat. Who are you leading? And where are you leading them to?

I lead a lot by example. I like to share my reflections, and how I decide on projects, the behind the scene, etc. People feel I help them give themselves the permission to try new things for themselves because of it.
My book is out!
I just finished publishing a book about Skool on Amazon 😁 When I did a search on Amazon a while back, I saw only two Kindles talking about Skool, so I decided to take the opportunity to create something useful for people who want to learn more about it before they invest in the platform. And today it's going live! For a while, it's priced at only 3$, to make it easy for all of you. If you have a minute, feel free to grab a copy and leave a review! It would be much appreciated 🙏 Here it is: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DN2Z6KBL

Skool Summit
One of the domains I own, skoolsummit.com, is perfect for us to work hard and onboard the next 1,000 communities to Skool. I have the tech that Tony uses for his virtual events! If I hosted a summit, would you want to speak? What would your talk cover?

Simplify Your Skool Group for More Genuine Connections
I know you’ve been showing up consistently, posting in your Skool group, and doing all the things you’re "supposed" to do. But let’s be real. It can feel like you’re climbing a steep hill when you’re not getting the engagement or sales you hoped for. I totally get how that can be exhausting, especially when you’re putting in so much effort! Many of us are stuck in this cycle, wondering why our hard work isn’t paying off. The trick often lies in simplifying what we’re doing and sharpening our focus. When your group feels like you understand their challenges, they connect with YOU personally. It's a connection beyond the content you’re sharing. 💡 So, instead of filling your classroom with endless content, what if you hosted a monthly live event? This could be a focused space where your audience can experience your expertise firsthand. It’s all about building that trust and connection that can lead to those higher-ticket sales. This shift could turn your group from just a place for passive content into a vibrant community that’s excited to see what you’ll do next. Live events can provide a more personal touch, foster a sense of community, and significantly boost engagement and sales. Want to know HOW? Join my free masterclass, Turn Your Skool Group into a High Ticket Sales Machine. Send me a DM or check out this post for the details. So, what do you think? How would it feel to move away from daily posting and lean into something more intentional, like live events? ⬇️

@Theresa Lang I alternate. The first one we just did a get to know each other freestyle thing. After that I mix a theme in it to give it some direction. I love how people are proud to mention they are in my paid offers, during those calls. It sells itself without me having to say much.

@Theresa Lang yes! We can just sit back and watch the sale happen. And because you look really detached by the situation, it adds to your leadership posture, I feel.
