Who are you leading and where are you leading them?
I've been having a lot of conversations recently with colleagues about the growing importance of inner leadership...
It all begins with our own "inner authority".
It's also no coincidence that the word "authority" contains the word
"author".
Since this group is the Skool Group "Leaders" Network, I hope that we can spark some conversation with other leaders who also think about their inner authority, their leadership style, who they are leading, and where they are leading people to.
