Mochary Method Curriculum - Free Access
I'm currently revisiting Matt Mochary's curriculum (Mochary Method):
It's the executive operating system adopted by founders of OpenAI, AngelList, Brex, Canva, Coinbase, and various Sequoia Capital companies.
Mochary and his team are highly sought-after CXO coaches who help clients implement tactical frameworks, make better decisions, and deconstruct limiting beliefs.
Going through this curriculum again reinforces my commitment to showing up as my best for my team— to continue on the path of the "relentless pursuit of excellence" as my mentor used to say.
I've had the amazing blessing and privilege to learn from exceptional role models like unicorn founders Leif Abraham from Public and Florian Hagenbuch from Loft.
I've learned from them that leading by example is the most effective way to set team standards.
My goal is to become a person of such high character that I can earn the respect of other high-character individuals such as my team members, not just in business but also in different aspects of life.
Working on myself by reviewing this content helps put another coat of paint toward that end.
