My friend killed himself a day after messaging me.
The Black Dog is a evll one and depreson is something that im sure we have all experienced.
As a entrepreneur I have made myself homeless I have even had to walk out of a subway empty-handed once because my card declined.
But I knew there was more coming
But for some of us that hope that things will get better dies.
And if you don't talk to someone or find support if will get you.
And this is what happened to my friend in Australia.
I thought we would meet up at the park
but that will not happen now and it's rocked me.
Being vulnerable is a skill I learnt that made you more relatable but also a skill that Can save your life to
