Underground drains
Good morning community! Yesterday I completed my biggest ticket to date ! And it came from a flyer I left at a home that did no t answer to my door knock. $365 and the client didn’t bat an eye!!! My question today is I knew he had underground downspouts drains that went to his French drain with that in mind I went a little bit higher in price than what I usually charge . I bought the Amazon sewer jetter kit that was $60 and it worked like a charm so now I am thinking of having that as a add on service and keeping my regular rate for the top of the gutter to the bottom of the downspouts above ground. My question is what do you think is a good price for each underground downspout to get it jet thanks guys

Lead Generation
Someone may have already suggested this, but have you thought about finding leads on Nextdoor? Nextdoor is a neighborhood community app that allows neighbors to communicate and get to know each other. You can also create a business page. There's always someone on there looking for all kinds of services. Over the years, I've personally hired people on Nextdoor for roof repair, fence repair, lawn maintenance, plumbing, and a/c work. You can use Nextdoor in conjunction with knocking on doors. They are strict on advertising in the general comments area, but if someone is asking for help, you can definitely offer your services. What's also nice about Nextdoor is that you have access to your local area, so you won't have to worry about responding to someone who is outside of your local area. You should be able to find the app on both ios and android, but if you have trouble, just enter nextdoor.com on your browser to join.
