Without implementing this system I genuinely don't know where I would be today. We had no money to advertise consistently so I gave this a try and my god did it work. My Gym is now getting back on its feet and I can finally say I feel happy that we are heading in the right direction... Just rinse and repeat the selfies and the results will come!
