If you have neck or back pain then you need to know that it’s probably due to either injury or imbalance, or both.
Injury is mechanical damage to the structures of the neck and back, I’m talking about bones, cartilage, ligaments etc.
Imbalance is where the muscles of your neck and back are either too tense, or they’re holding you in the wrong shape.
Imbalance in muscle tension is controlled by a part of the brain called the motor cortex.
Because imbalance is just a bunch of bad tension habits, you can learn to rebalance your back and neck musculature for less or no pain, greater relaxation and stability.
I know this, because I recovered from back, neck and shoulder pain completely using the techniques I can teach you in this Skool community.
If your neck or back pain is not going away by itself, it may be slowly getting worse. You may not like where this takes you.
