First layer not fully sticking - Please help

Part of my prints aren't sticking on the first layer anymore and I'm not sure why. I've tried adjusting the bed levels ,changing the speed of the first layer, and using glue stick on the bed, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Any advice would be appreciated!

PLA Brand: Duramic

Bed Plate: PEI

Line Width: .4

Wall Ordering: Outside to Inside

Bottom Pattern Initial Layer: Concentric

Connect Top/Bottom Polygons: Checked

Printing Temp: 200

Build Plate Temp: 60

Initial Printing Speed: 2.5 (Played around with various speeds)

Initial Travel Speed: 20 (Played around with various speeds)
