Sex before marriage
Sex is the glue that holds the relationship together, sex ties the souls into one so waiting until marriage is optimal for less heartache. All that sex is a key entering a lock so the door can remain closed forever. Selfishness, pride. The lack of any moral judgment the immature action of putting yourself first before your crestor. Not understanding who created you and why you are here. What you are living for are motivators for sex on occasion for pleasure.

7 Deadly Sins
Pride, Greed, Lust, Envy, Slothness, Gluttony. Galatians 5:19-21 "Now the works of the flesh are evident: sexual immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmity, strife, jealousy, fits of anger, rivalries, dissensions, divisions, envy, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these. I warn you, as I warned you before, that those who do such things will not inherit the kingdom of God." Honor your body and give it to God. For He is our intelligent designer and made us in His image. Whatever you do it for the Glory and God. Glory: To take great pride or pleasure in. Divine glory: The glory of God is often understood as His intrinsic worth, majesty, and splendor. It represents God's nature and character, highlighting His greatness and perfection. Everything we do is for Him and Him alone. For He is good, everlasting, and perfect in all ways. Physical fitness can be driven by our ego and pride. The act of self improvement is a prideful pit. That more you take from the hole, the deeper it gets. An act with no destination, ultimately you end up feeling stuck, getting nowhere despite your efforts. Place all yourself in God's hands. The worst of the 7 deadly sins is pride, Why is it the worst? Pride itself is the devil Pride is a killer, all other of the sins come from pride. To humble yourself before the Lord and give your body over to Christ is how you flee pride. In the fitness industry we can make ourselves an idol for people's respect, and adoration ultimately forgetting who gave us our body and who gives us our strength. In Matthew 6:33 "But seek first his kingdom and his righteousness, and all these things will be given to you as well." it tells us to seek his kingdom and righteousness first. Prayer before and after exercise reminds us our place, and why we work out. Not for ourselves but for him. So we can be a better student, so we can serve our community so we can be a better man in our family. Not for the adoration of others but so God's blessing can be with us.
