No More Skool!!!! :)
Hey friends!! Ok so the research I've done in the past month or so using Skool, I've decided I really don't like this social media network. I had to open it up and test it to come to these conclusions, so thanks for your understanding. For two main reasons: It's run by very testosterone driven marketing bro dudes, and they don't have any concept of what it's like to be a mother, woman, business owner with a family. I can't relate with them and it bleeds through into their marketing and this platform. Also, they don't listen to feature requests. Whereas -- Mighty Networks is woman-owned AND they listen to all feature requests. These two things are very important to me. So we're staying in the Eat to Live Family for now!!!!!!! <3 --Cheri

Hi all!! I'm back in motion. I'm just gonna start posting with the How to Stop Binge Eating Forever website, because I can't wait any longer. :D Sometime soon, I'll transition to the more basic How to Stop Binge Eating, but for now, we're sticking with the forever one! :D Keep your eye out for emails and youtube videos coming up. Podcast launching whenever possible. How are YOU? (Also: my kids are off school right now for fall break, so it's been tough for me to manage it all :)

Email Problems :(
Hey Fam!! Quick note to tell you that I am having major problems right now getting my emails to you. EEK! I have been sending some lately and with the domain switch, many of you aren't getting my emails anymore (they're going directly to spam, etc) So please take one quick second to whitelist my email addresses: email@howtostopbingeeatingforever.com cheri@howtostopbingeeatingforever.com Ways to whitelist: -- You can add the above email address to your contacts or -- You can search your inbox, spam, and trash folders now for my name "cheri" to see if my emails are going in the wrong spot. Then drag it to your Primary folder to make sure you get them! (and hit YES if it asks you if you want to save this preference) I will be doing a mix of "how to stop bingeing/overeating" content along with "eat to live" content, so nothing much has changed in the way of what I'll be talking to you about. Asparagus Mushroom 🍄 Soup
LOSS: -1.3 Lbs. Overnight
Recovering from a binge this week. Using the -1 Lb. Down System of eat when truly hungry and stop when a little full. I am back at 182.0 lbs. Not far from 179.7 when I started gaining again. Ate some greens (asparagus) and a bok choy 🥬 smoothie. Meal prepping some asparagus and mushroom 🍄 soup in the instant pot right now. Just making the base. Then I can add whatever when it’s time to eat!
