Good morning everybody!
What are your goals this week? They can be personal, professional, and anything in between.
It can be as simple as not snoozing your alarm in the morning, getting out of bed no later than 10 minutes after you wake up, or even hitting the gym 3 times and running 3 times this week.
P.S. those are just a few of my small weekly goals.
Small wins become big habits, it can be really hard to take a step back and objectively view your current self. Doesn't mad if your a "good", "bad", "lazy", or whatever other label you have had placed on your kind of person. Small improvement 1 day at a time.
