In six months, I lost 27 pounds without feeling like I was on a diet while maintaining muscle and now looking better than ever. This journey highlighted the importance of setting goals, tracking progress, and making consistent efforts. I learned to stop hurting myself to truly progress, transforming my fitness journey.
