The problem: newsletters are becoming less and less widely read, and quite time-consuming to produce. The facts: Video content is the most consumed today, and yet newsletters remain an extremely powerful way to connect with your audience. The idea: substack but in video format. The idea is not to transform written content into video with a faceless AI. Rather, it's to replace the newsletter with video content, with the possibility of including cta... The benefit: create a close bond with your audience. Simplicity of consumption compared to reading. I'd love to hear what you think

I've been working on a job board (in French) for years now: https://remotefr.com I tried to monetize it with premium job offers—it didn't work. I also tried to create a newsletter (1500 subscribers) and monetize it with premium content, but it also failed($50 MRR not growing). What should I do next?
