Hey ya'll, Just curious for those of you texting, what do the messages look like? Initial, second, third etc. How often are you sending them? I'm also calling, but I'm beginning to incorporate texting as well. Focusing primarily on tax lawsuits as well as some D4D vacants.

So I have been rehabbing for the past 7 years, and have done well until recently; our rehabs are sitting on market. We are considering new construction. Why? I've been watching new homes popping up, and people are buying them. Is this the rehabbers path forward until the market turns around?
