Humans are imperfect creatures. None more so than recruiters and hiring managers. Often, even though you are competent in all your skills, the recruiters will judge how well you communicate and how much they like you. Use this imperfection to your advantage. It's very easy to make an amazing first impression and an amazing final impression.
