Your go to Brazilian Jiu Jitsu group where we have fun and grow together.
I'm a black belt in Jiu Jitsu and have been training for about 20 years, I've run my own Jiu Jitsu gyms and taught BJJ, Boxing, Krav Maga & injury prevention.
What I've found whilst teaching my students and through my own journey is that you need to:
#1 - Take ownership of your own Jiu Jitsu journey
#2 - Take stock of where you currently are; strengths and weaknesses, physical attributes and limitations.
#3 - Get clear on a couple of objectives/ goals that you wish to achieve through your training.
Instructionals, techniques, systems and games (whilst taught or shared with the best of intentions) are great when they flow into your own jiu jitsu game/ journey BUT they can hinder and slow your progress if they don't fit into your development goals at the time.
We'll help you work out where you're at with your development, share wins, goals and discuss as a community suggestions that can help you with your journey.
