Recent 52 Sets a Week Gigabad Study
I'm sure everyone's heard about this, so I thought it would be a great study to start with. If you want to have a read of this before the review, feel free. https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/37796222/ If you have any questions we can queue up in here before the actual review, that would be awesome. Here's what's likely going to happen, first we're going to go through the study and break down in simple terms what's going on, notes can be taken at this point, after that we'll ask questions, see how this works with our current understanding of volume, and I'll explain how things hold up. Can't wait to see you there!

Add Our Calendar to Your Phone
One thing I always hated was skool communities having an awful calendar. I'd ask over and over to make a version people can put on their phone, so they get live notifications, live updates, and it's easy to check. They never listened. I'm not going to make that mistake. If you add this link to your Google Calendar (or any other) it will automatically sync up. My theory is the other creators don't do this so you have to enter the app, get lost in the feed, feel fomo if you don't go. I only want people going if they truly want to be there, not out of a feeling they have to be, but still guys pls make a community. https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=YmIwZTA3YWFlMWFkZGRiMjUyZDMzMzg0MDhmZDUwNWYzYTY4YTU1YzAyYmUzNTdjMTdhMzlmZjdjNGU0ZWNkN0Bncm91cC5jYWxlbmRhci5nb29nbGUuY29t

Welcome!
I'm in the progress of adding people, getting things setup in here so you can actually learn, and hitting the gym. No rules yet, but don't be stupid. If you have any question, or need help in anyway, just ask man. Stuff will be growing very fast, very quickly, keep an eye on this.

Do I lose progress by working multiple muscle groups a day?
I have this question mainly because the gym I go to is very busy and it's difficult to really follow my program to the tee. What I've been doing is mixing in days do I do a little bit from day 1, which let's say is shoulders, then a little bit from day 2, which is legs. End result, I do some shoulders and some legs. Does doing that hinder progress? Usually it's out of my control. Whatever machine is open I go to. At the end of the week, I'll usually do everything but it's just out of order. If it restricts gains, I can try my best to wait. Another option is saving compounds for the weekends, when it is less busy because those are usually the most "popular" machines. I'd really appreciate the input. Thanks!

Do You Train Forearms?
I made a video asking the age old question. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CuTe_WHBTjg I'm not actually sure if this is an age old question, or if people are interested in it. but i am. I want to conduct a mini study, so here's how you can help. Record yourself posing your forearms. Upload that on public or unlisted. Then send that linked onto the video description, let me know how long you've been training for, and if you train forearms. Let's build a mini study to see if there's any correlation here.
