Wesleyan Head Coach Advice
Just worked the Red and Black camp at Wesleyan this weekend a few key points: One thing not caught on the video: have a resume! "If you don't tell us you are into church, you started a non profit, you do chess club, we won't know that. Resumes give us a ton of background that can be a huge help on admissions processes"

Does anyone have experience around this camp? What did you like or dislike ? I’m from the Midwest and would like to attend a camp the provides the most exposure to the High Academic East Coast Schools (Ivy, NESCAC, etc). Thank you!

Commodification of Players for Coaches
The portal is a two way street. Players are more transient than ever before, but coaches are also much more willing to ditch players that don't develop and shop around in the portal for an immediate upgrade. More here: https://coachcahill.substack.com/p/everything-means-nothings
