How To Be More FOCUSED
I wanted to drop a short jem of some things I learned from Charlie Morgan I promise you the last tip with help you Immensely focus is the exponent of productivity. let's take two people. jeff works for 10 hours. he gets distracted all the time and has 4 units of focus out of 10 10^4 = 40 units of output Adonis works for 10 hours. he is fasted, no distractions, no phone. He has 8 units of focus out of 10 10^8 = 80 units of output THEY WORK THE SAME AMOUNT OF TIME! Adonis is 2x more productive than Jeffry and all he did was become more focused. Adonis focused ON ONE THING AT A TIME. If he starts a book he finishes a book, if he starts watching a movie he will finish that movie. IN all areas of life we need to have focus and get one thing done at a time. Our brain does not know the difference between work and non-work, so everything should be done with full focus, even something simple like doing laundry. All or nothing start the thing you finish the thing FOCUS ON NOT BEING DISTRACTED make a list of 3 main things you're going to do tomorrow and focus on checking those boxes by the end of the day. focus is what separates the rich from the poor. everyone has the same amount of time in a day. But some people use it more effectively. It's a simple principle and I will be utilizing this strategy. The absolute best thing I have been taught was to have a notebook next to your desk while you work. If you get distracted by a thought or an impulse write it down in that notebook. This will help you realize how much your brain tries to distract you. At the end of the day, I see a massive list of things that My brain told me to do but I refused and stayed focused on the main thing. The checkboxes I set out to complete. Now you could say that writing it down is distracting you, and you are correct so try it for 30 days and then stop, you will then be conscious of your actions and distractions. have a blessed day!
