mentioned a while ago to me that simply consuming 4 tablespoons of olive oil every time you eat helps get you into deeper ketosis, and below the desired GKI of 2.0. I have experimented twice now with having a blow out day or 2 and having a coffee, some wine etc. As soon as I apply the increased olive oil consumption I revert within 48 hours to below 2.0. I mean really the worst I did was sweetened yoghurt when normally I have unsweetened Greek, and a liqueur whisky but that was enough without ice baths and Metformin/ Berberine to knock me out of the zone. Tonight back in. I have stopped using MCT oil and now chugging CERT ORGANIC EVO.
