(I am currently reformatting all of my books semi-relevant to keto for you guys, it's about 15)
Yes, I know that the chapters are just Youtube videos reformatted into book format. But some people just want to read about the theories and history of this whole matter. Some of you also may want to know all the sources that are cited in Dr. Seyfrieds presentations. And maybe some of you just wanna say special thanks for this site :-p
