Married in COP
I'm married in cop and want to buy a house cash. Any way I can buy it without my husband claiming 50 % if divorce or death ? As such trust or put it in my daughter name?

Transfer problem
I'm in this situation I sold my house in another town 7to8 years back the lady I sold my house to did allow the lawyer to release the money to me because I needed to move and she told the lawyer and me she would do the transfer of the house in months time since she didn't have the funds att that time so we went with her word since then house is still on my name and she died and her daughter lives in the house and the house is behind in services now the municipal is wanting me to pay this because the house was never taken from my name I've ask and Called them for years to get the house transferred in her name but still it's not what can I do now because I'm not paying that services and I don't have the money to do that they were supposed to do this years ago
