I nerd out over great offers.
May sound silly, but when I see a really good offer, I get all giddy like a school girl.
Because they are SO hard to find.
Out of 1,000 "offers" I see i would say maybe 2% are what I consider to be great.
Even fewer are "irresistible".
This is an example of a really good offer.
If I was selling my house, I would probably contact this guy.
Even though I have NO idea who he is.
Reputation? Zero.
I haven't looked at his website, any content he's posted, reviews of him...
I probably would do a little background info before reaching out...
But if he passed the "scammer" test I'd ring him up.
